Annville is a large executive home which extends to 3,000 sq ft. With four double bedrooms, it's suited for private suburban family living and its location on Foster's Avenue means it is on the way towards the N11, near Deerpark and Stillorgan.

The well known Mount Anville girls' school is the nearest educational facility, but there are myriad others to suit in the vicinity, including the French and German schools on Roebuck Road and Our Lady's Grove primary and secondary schools, Newpark and the Teresian School.

UCD is a short walk away from Foster's Avenue and those heading into town will be there in 20 minutes on the QBC.
