I passed this nice development the other day and was prompted to call agent Eamon O'Flaherty to see if there were any left since I covered its launch earlier in the year.

Located adjacent to the spacious campus at NUI Maynooth and near the local Lidl and well-known Glenroyal Hotel and shopping complex, these fall definitively into the family home market.
