Number 55 Percy Place, located just off Baggot Street in Ballsbridge, is comprised of twelve apartments which have been individually designed by ODOS Architects to optimise views of the Grand Canal below.

Although the apartments vary in design to accommodate their position, each property within the scheme boasts floor to ceiling windows which offer views of Baggot Bridge and the canal below and succeed in flooding the apartments with natural light.

The luxurious apartments vary in size, from one-bedroom lofts to spacious two bedroom duplexes and this extra space is noted in the price as the properties range from €750k to €1.25m.

The properties have been marketed towards rugby fans or those with a few extra pennies not keen on commuting out of the city for an elite abode.

Percy Place is just around the corner from Haddington Road and Ballsbridge, which is home to some of Dublin’s most beloved rugby pubs, not to mention the Aviva Stadium. Future residents won’t even have to travel far for good grub, as the ground floor of 55 Percy Place is home to Angelina’s restaurant.

The apartments are on the market through Sherry Fitzgerald.
