Three boats, which were seized in the largest ever drugs bust in these islands, will be among a number of items auctioned by Cork estate agent Dominic Daly.
The catamaran Lucky Day, which was seized in the €500m Dunlough Bay drugs haul, was originally bought for $190,000 (€139,000) and has already attracted interest from prospective Dutch, British and Irish buyers.
Two RIBs seized by the Irish coast guard in the drugs bust will also go on sale along with three Land Rovers at the auction in Cork on 23 March.
Mr Daly doesn't know what price the vehicles and vessels will fetch but the proceeds will go to the Criminal Assets Bureau.
He will also auction a cargo ship, Linda, which was seized after its owners failed to meet overdue payments. Owned by Forestry Shipping, the ship was used to ferry Latvian timber to Ireland.
