Priorswood serves up first-time buyer prices in Dublin

Priorswood Lodge, a new development on Clonshaugh Road that was launched in the middle of the summer, is made up of just four homes. The enclave of new builds may be small, but with prices at €285,000, it is appealing to first-time buyers seeking an affordable home within Dublin.
The scheme, a 10 minute drive from the coastline at Malahide and Portmarnock, consists of a terrace of three-bed properties and a single detached dormer bungalow. Of those four homes, two remain on offer, both of which are end-of-terrace houses.
These three-beds each measure 1,050 sq ft, but come with a floored attic, giving buyers 250 sq ft of storage space. Priorswood Lodge was developed by Victoria Homes, which was responsible for other Dublin schemes such as Grange Hill in Rathfarnham and Sally Grove in Firhouse.
