Golfer Rory McIlroy's former luxury home is up for sale - with a cool €3.5m price tag.
Robinhall House in Moneyreagh, Co Down, boasts its own private golf course, a lake stocked with 1,200 trout, a tennis court, outdoor hot tub and cinema.
The 14-acre property is owned by international property developer and TV presenter Gary McCausland.
He acquired Robinhall from McIlroy back in 2013, but has decided to sell up after over two years of family life in the unique home.
"We have absolutely adored living in Robinhall House," he said.
"However, my professional commitments are increasingly taking me to London and Paris and we have found we are spending less and less time at home.
"We feel it is time to let someone else enjoy what is truly a very special place."
Mr McCausland used the property as his home while in Northern Ireland and has also made it available for hire as a luxury retreat while he was away.
Estate agent Simon Brien, who is handling the sale, said: "There is nothing like it in Ireland. It represents an opportunity for a buyer to have a truly unique property that offers privacy, luxurious living, lifestyle and heritage. We are anticipating huge interest in the property."
When McIlroy sold the property, it had a €2.8m price tag.
