Only three remain in Ballycullen enclave
Colmkille's Mews, Ballycullen, Dublin 24

Colmkille's Mews, situated in a cul-de-sac in Ballycullen, is small but perfectly formed - the enclave consists of just seven four-bedroom homes, with three in the second and final phase.
Built by Leading Homes, which is led by Robert Doran, the design of the second tranche differs slightly from the first - two of the houses are end-of-terrace, while the third is terraced. One has already been snapped up.
While all three are terraced properties, they are extra large for a four-bed in an established south Dublin residential estate and are laid out over three floors. Number 6, which is priced from €469,000, has 1,950 sq ft of accommodation. For an extra €6,000, a purchaser could get a new home in walk-in condition at No 7, an end-of-terrace showhouse measuring 1,700 sq ft.
The brick-fronted homes feature granite finishes to all the windowsills. To the rear, the garden is overlooked by a raised deck and to the front, each house has enough parking for two cars.
The A3-rated homes have PV panels on the roof that generate electricity and help the residents reduce their monthly energy bills. The gas central heating has controls for three heating zones, cutting bills even further.
Inside, the top floor is home to a plant room that houses a cylinder, boiler, submersible water tank and PV equipment, a single bedroom, a main bathroom and a double bedroom. The first floor has two ensuite double bedrooms. There are built-in wardrobes with soft-close doors in all of the bedrooms. The kitchens, meanwhile, have shaker-style hand-painted units with Silestone worktops and island units.
Colmkille's Mews is located just five minutes from the M50 and the stop for the 15 and 15B bus routes is right outside on the main road.
Viewings will be held tomorrow, between 2pm-5pm.
