There is one large family home still on the market from the final phase of College Square, a development of stately houses in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Dublin.
However, two more are being built and will be available in the autumn.
The Terenure homes, built by Ballymore, combine elements of Edwardian, Victorian and contemporary design, and are finished with red-brick and cream exterior render.
Ballymore launched the first phase of College Square in 2006 and resumed development there in 2014.
This month, the company, helmed by Sean Mulryan, released a new phase of Piper's Hill, a Naas developed aimed at luring Dublin dwellers taking the second rung on the property ladder to Kildare.
Still on offer at College Square is No62, a semi-detached property spanning 2,001 sq ft and priced from €685,000.
Accommodation at the four-bed home is laid out over three floors and the grounds are fully landscaped.
College Square itself is off Wainsfort Road, about 5km from the centre of Dublin.
The scheme is near five of Dublin's best-known schools, including Terenure College and St Mary's College.
The M50 is a three-minute drive away at Templeogue junction.
