Galway is spoiled for choice with no fewer than three developments being launched this weekend, all by O'Malley Construction.
Reilean has four-bedroom homes on view on Sunday from 2.30 to 4.30pm from end-of-terraces at 1,350 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft detached properties fronting the Roscam Road. There are 34 units built.
The adjacent Boireann Bheag offers three-bedroom duplexes.
Both developments are a kilometre from the Galway Clinic, the Dublin road and the M6 motorway, offering convenient access points.
The end-of-terrace homes are laid out over three floors (three bedrooms on the first floor; one on the second), with a kitchen/diner and living room downstairs.
The detached is similarly designed, although with a separate dining room, and larger reception areas.
Meanwhile across to the west side of the city, you'll find the final phase of Leargan.
This is show-casing the remaining three-beds which are just nearing completion.
All of these homes come with B1 energy ratings. They are 1,105 sq ft in size with an open plan kitchen/ living/dining area downstairs and two bedrooms (one en suite) and bath on the first floor with the master bed (also en suite) on the second.
This development is on the Western Distributor Road.
The same builders have also recently purchased a five acre site in Mount Merrion, Dublin and are planning a €40m project for large detached houses and apartments later this year.
