Earls Court may not look like a brand new development - and indeed, it isn't, but these latest additions are, meaning that families who purchase here are buying into an estate with mature landscaping, green areas and lots of other families with children to play with.
The two, three and four-bedroom homes are built around green areas with terraced, semi-detached and detached styles. There are just three remaining though - Number 29 The Drive is a four-bedroom semi-detached house selling for €310,000.
Number 6 The Avenue is a three-bed semi-detached and also former show house measuring 1,076 sq ft, with all furnishings coming with the sale price which is €290,000; and Number 42 The Drive - also a three-bed semi-detached - on the market for €300,000, measuring 1,227 sq ft with a kitchen/breakfast room to the rear, utility room, living/dining room which runs along the length of the house, parallel to the stairs, and a guest WC on the ground floor. There are three beds upstairs, one of which is ensuite, and a family bathroom.
The exteriors are built with a traditional red-brick and pebble-dash finish. Driveways are cobble-lock with low brick walls separating the units, along with some lawn to the front.
Dublin city centre (32km), Naas (8km) and Maynooth (18km) are all commutable distances. It is adjacent to the M7 motorway for travelling further afield with Kildare Village outlet, Punchestown and the Curragh racecourses in the vicinity.
The show house is open this Saturday from 3-4pm.
