Charles Erwin (right) has joined Knight Frank Ireland's country department as a country and residential property surveyor.
His appointment was announced following the departure of Harriet Grant, to join Savills as head of country houses, farms and estates.
Ms Grant's move strengthens Savills national team as Pat O'Hagan has been appointed regional sales manager and head auctioneer. Mark Reynolds is residential director.
Ms Grant has worked in the property industry for over 11 years. Pat O'Hagan specialises in the sale, acquisition and valuation of prestigious country mansions, estates, farms and equestrian properties.
He secured one of the highest prices in the sector already this year when selling a 400 acre Waterford estate for which he had been quoting €7.5m.
