The last 28 apartments in Belarmine Hall, Stepaside, Dublin 15, are being released to the market this weekend.
A Castlethorn development, Belarmine is a mix of detached homes, town houses, duplex homes and apartments that was first started in 2003.
Nestled against the Dublin Mountains, the development has a neighbourhood centre with a shop, medical practice, pharmacy, cafe and dry cleaners, while a gym and leisure centre are planned.
Belarmine Hall overlooks an open green area beside the Giraffe creche and childcare centre. A new primary school, Gaelscoil Thaobh na Coille, is a three-minute walk.
Belarmine is served by the No. 47 bus to the Luas station in Sandyford, and when the Cherrywood extension is operating, the nearest stop on the Ballyogan Road will be a ten-minute walk away. There is also a feeder bus to Blackrock Dart station.
Prices for one-bedroom apartments starts at €175,000 for the 42sqm (452sq ft) apartment and €195,000 for the 49sqm (527sq ft) apartment.
The two-bedroom apartments start at €235,000 for a 59sqm (635sq ft) unit and at €245,000 for the 65sqm (700sq ft) unit.
The three-bedroom apartments vary in size, with prices for the 72sqm (775sq ft) unit starting at €270,000.
Three new show units have been fitted out by Ventura Design, which used IKEA furnishings to create a warm and welcoming decor.
Castlethorn Developments have also introduced a new Home Deposit Advance which allows purchasers to buy their new home with an initial deposit of just €1,000.
The show apartments are on view this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, January 30 and 31 from 3-5pm or by appointment.
