An average of only €22,059 per unit is the price being guided for the Ivy Leaf apartment and retail development in Rathdrum Co Wicklow. Receivers BDO are selling the 29 apartments and five ground-floor retail units in one lot and are guiding an advised minimum value of €750,000.
