An average of only €22,059 per unit is the price being guided for the Ivy Leaf apartment and retail development in Rathdrum Co Wicklow. Receivers BDO are selling the 29 apartments and five ground-floor retail units in one lot and are guiding an advised minimum value of €750,000.
The flats comprise 21 two-bedroom apartments and eight one-bedroom units which range in size between 55sqm and 78sqm.
In block A there are 19 apartments of which 12 have balconies, which overlook the Avonmore River which in turn flows into the Avoca River.
