The second and last phase of brick-fronted three-storey homes has been launched at Colmkille's Mews, a small development situated in a cul-de-sac just off the Ballycullen Road, at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains.
The first phase of the south county Dublin estate was released last spring, in the form of four properties. The second phase has just three homes - two end-of-terrace units and one mid-terrace dwelling.
The largest of these three homes is No 6 Colmkille's Mews, which measures 1,950 sq ft and costs from €469,000. There is 1,700 sq ft worth of space at No 5 and at No 7, which are priced from €465,000 and €475,000, respectively.
The properties were built by Leading Homes Ltd to maximise the open-plan living space. The grey front door and the hallway have been positioned to the side of the two end-of-terrace properties. As a result, each room is the width of the house, thereby making the most from the incoming natural light.
