Two new show homes, a three-bed and four-bed, will open this weekend at Hollybrook New Homes' Robswall development in Malahide to market a new phase of the scheme.
The first families have moved in to the upmarket estate, where 60 homes worth some €30m were sold and completed during 2015.
Prices for the new phase start at €450,000 for the three-bed house type and from €555,000 for the four-bed type.
All of the houses have two floors and living space ranges in size from 1,119 sq ft to 1,216 sq ft for the three-beds and from 1,474 sq ft to 1,959 sq ft for the four-beds.
The dwellings each have a private back garden and patio, a paved front drive with planter beds, large glazed patio doors and a hardwood front door with multi-point locking. Inside, the kitchens have under-cabinet lighting and soft-close drawers and doors, and there are Villeroy & Boch suites in the bathrooms.
Malahide harbour and seafront are close by, as is the five-mile Velvet Strand.
The nearby Malahide Castle and Demesne is one of the oldest castles in Ireland, having been home to the Talbot family for almost 800 years.
Malahide is 16km from the city centre and is accessible by road, rail or bus. Dublin Bus routes 32, 32X and 102 stop right outside the entrance to Robswall, the Dart from Malahide gets into the city in about 25 minutes, and the country's main road routes and Dublin Airport are accessed by the M1 or the M50.
The selling agent is opening the show homes for viewing between 10.30am and 12.30pm tomorrow and Sunday. Completion dates will range from early summer to the end of 2016.
