The final units from these 33 smart detached family-size houses at Mitchells Court have now come to market.
Located in the village of Kerry Pike, which is on the north-west outskirts of Cork City, the double-fronted four-beds, originally started in the mid-2000s but halted during the construction hiatus, have been completed by the homegrown firm, Michael O'Flynn Construction.
The remaining properties will be fully finished by next spring.
Pricing is from €530,000, which is on the steep side for the Rebel County, but reflects location and size. At 2,272-2,400 sq ft, each is slightly different from the other, but there are four main styles.
In all, the ground floor accommodation includes a kitchen, dining room, utility, family room, living room and study, with a guest WC. Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms are ensuite and there is a separate family bathroom.
They are all A-rated and good use has been made of natural stone clad to the front of many of the units, but also to the boundary walls. There is a paved driveway with trees and shrubs planted.
