Hansfield Wood, a development of two, three and four-bed homes launching for the first time in Ongar, will appeal to buyers seeking an affordable home in Co Dublin with convenient commuting options.
The scheme, which is benefited from a new train station that opened at Hansfield last year, will consist of 170 houses and 36 apartments when it is eventually completed. This weekend sees the release of the first phase, which has terraced and semi-detached properties.
Prices start at €295,000 for a two-bed, 969 sq ft terraced property, at €275,000 for the three-bed version, at €295,000 for the three-bed semi-detached style and at €360,000 for the four-bed semi-detached unit.
Built by Alanna Homes, the interiors are fitted with custom-designed kitchens with soft-close hinges, contemporary-style wardrobes in the bedrooms and polished chrome ironmongery throughout.
The A3-rated homes have a Joule air-to-water central heating system and the initial phase will be completed in December.
Hansfield sits to the north of a green belt running west from the Phoenix Park, through Farmleigh, Luttrellstown, Westmanstown and on towards the Carton Estate in Maynooth. It has long been designated a strategic development zone (SDZ) by Fingal County Council, meaning there are already social amenities in place, including Educate Together schools and Ongar Village, as well as the new train station. Hansfield Wood is served by the 39 and 39a bus routes, and the M50 is a 10 minute drive away.
Viewings will be held between 2pm-4pm tomorrow and 12pm-2pm on Sunday.
