The ballroom can accommodate up to 2,000 people. Gerald wanted a space to host large-scale charity events, and they have held two charity concerts with 800 guests each, raising over €100,000 for the Ross Nugent Foundation, Barretstown and Down Syndrome Cork.
The bar can hold up to 200 people. "We're not heavy drinkers," he says. "Even with the bar there, we very rarely drink at home. We like a glass of wine, but the bar is really for sharing with friends coming down to visit."

Gerald Kean's Drayton Manor mansion has been put on the market €3.75m.

The celebrity lawyer's Wicklow mansion was put up for sale on Daft.ie on Wednesday.

Drayton Manor has been Gerald's home for "approximately ten years" during which he built an extension of 1400 square feet.

The solicitor told Independent.ie he put the house up for sale because it's "too big" for him.

"It's too big for me to live in on my own. It's a magnificent property, and I loved it dearly.

"I'm in Dublin six nights a week, so that's also tricky."

"I love the house, and I thought that even at my age I'd have a family there, but it's too big for me on my own.

"There's 11 bedrooms, with the possibility of there being 14. It's just not suitable."

The bar can hold up to 200 people.

As for where he will move to, Gerald said he will live in Dublin, but will stay in Drayton Manor until it is sold.

The lavish mansion boasts two acres of land, a traditional style pub, a 52-seater cinema and a games house.

Furthermore, there are nine bathrooms, a handmade wooden kitchen complete with an AGA and a double height ballrooms.
