Garth Brooks selling $7.5 million (€5.6m) US home
Garth Brooks is to sell his €5.6million Malibu beach house as he is relocating to Nashville.
The singer, and his wife Trisha Yearwood, are selling the luxurious 4,236 square-foot beach house on the prestigious Sea Lane Drive.
Fresh from the Croke Park fiasco, where 400,000 fans had to be refunded their tickets, the country and western star is moving on.
The couple are leaving behind a plush retreat house, with opulent interiors, a basketball court and direct beach access.
The pair have also put their 2,000 acres of prime real estate in Oklahoma on the market.
Garth and Trisha announced earlier this year they plan to move to America's country capital, Nashville.

Trisha, 49, had said their youngest daughter was soon to go to college, and leave the couple with a massive empty nest.
She also said she "missed" Nashville.
“There’s an energy about Nashville that I love and I miss. And it’s so awesome right now. It has a new energy that’s so cool."
“It’s been a bit of a challenge to not live there and have to fly in and out for work.”
The Malibu 1950s home sits on half an acre of wooded land, and contains open living areas, stone tile flooring, clerestory windows, granite counter tops, and numerous fireplaces.
