Four homes are for sale at Earl's Court, a development arranged around a series of green spaces in the Kildare village of Kill.
Building at the scheme of three and four-bed semi-detached and terraced homes ceased during the recession.
The development is now finished and there is just a handful of remaining houses left on the market, according to the selling agent.
There is one four-bed semi-detached property priced at €310,000, a former three-bed show house that costs from €310,000, and two three-bed semi-detached units priced from €300,000.
The homes, built by McCourt Investments, have a brick and render finish and a decent-sized garden.
Kill, which is close to Naas and Rathcoole, is just a few minutes' drive from the Curragh and Punchestown.
The village is a 15-minute drive to the Newlands Cross flyover beside the M7 motorway and a 30-minute drive to the centre of Dublin, outside rush hour. There is an Arrow rail service from Sallins.
The show homes are available for viewing tomorrow, between 2pm and 3pm.
