Former marital home of Ashley Cole and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini can be yours for €9.2m
A Surrey mansion once owned by Ashley Cole and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini during their turbulent marriage is on the market for £7.5m (€9.2m).
The eight-bedroom home in Godalming, once inhabited by the former Premier League footballer and the X Factor star, is equipped with top notch luxuries, including a five-a-side football pitch, helipad and a two-hole golf course.
The home is celebrity-ready and boasts an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor tennis courts.
The mansion sits on more than 13 acres, which is accessible through a private road through thick woodland.
A personal cinema and a sparkling open plan kitchen are also glistening features of the 60,000sqft property.
The couple famously split in 2010 but purchased the home for £3m three years before calling it quits.
Ashley and Cheryl purchased Hurtmore from IT entrepreneur David Gilbert, who later revealed his disdain for the couple’s taste following their renovations.
Gilbert revealed that the Coles had transformed the period mansion into something from “the Hollywood Hills”.
He also commented on Cole’s narcissism and said the home was adorned with his football jerseys.
The mansion is being sold through Savills for €7.5m (€9.2m).
