The final three homes have been released at Sheils Court, a new scheme on the grounds of Rathcoole House, a period property owned by the Sheil family from the early 19th century right through to the mid-1960s.
All three homes are four-bed semi-detached dwellings priced from €415,000 and measuring 1,650 sq ft. The accommodation is laid out over three storeys and comprises an entrance hall, a guest WC, a sitting room and a kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom, with its ensuite and dressing room, occupy the top floor.
The homes will be sold with contemporary fitted kitchens, high-performance double-glazed Carlson windows, fitted bedroom wardrobes from Bedroom Elegance, and tiling and sanitary ware throughout the downstairs WC, the bathroom and two ensuites.
There is cobblelock parking to the front of the homes and a paved patio and seeded garden out back. The central heating system is provided by an A-rated gas-condensing boiler and three solar panels boost the supply of hot water. A heat recovery ventilation system supplies fresh air and reduces condensation.
Sheils Court is less than a 10 minute walk to the red Luas line at Saggart.
