Fairhaven on the Castleknock Road continues to sell well after its launch last autumn, with a series of releases coming to market.
The area is always popular with families given its proximity to the city centre, the Phoenix Park and teen-happy shopping mecca of Blanchardstown.
These are three and four-bed semi-detached homes and are ready for occupation before this summer. Built by Flynn & O'Flaherty, they have a red-brick exterior with granite trim and come with an A3 BER rating.
There is a cobble lock driveway and shrubbery to separate units.
Inside, a large kitchen/dining room with island unit, painted cupboards and marble countertops looks on to the rear garden and patio with double doors to access.
A spacious landing on the first floor has bedrooms fitted with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and the bathrooms and ensuites are fully tiled. The three-beds measure 1,108 sq ft, with prices starting at €500,000, while the four-beds start at 1,334 sq ft, coming in at €620,000.
Castleknock is a very settled community and, as such, has lots of established schools and retail areas. Luttrellstown and Castleknock golf clubs are nearby. The National Aquatic Centre is 3km away.
