ThE final phase of one- and two-bedroom apartments in the Cameron Court development in south Dublin city has just been launched on to the market as part of a receivership sale. There are just eight apartments remaining out of a total of 68, and the prices have been greatly reduced.

The last one-bedroom apartment (49sqm) is €155,000, while the final two-bedroom apartments (65-73sqm) are priced from €189,950.

Investors should note that the apartments qualify for Section 23 tax incentives. Cameron Court rents are achieving between €950-€1,000 per month.

Owner-occupiers can obtain tax relief against all income, including PAYE on 50pc of the net purchase price in equal amounts over a 10-year period.
