Moyglare Hall, a development with a slew of house styles, is set amidst the meadows near the Lyreen River on the edge of Maynooth.
A series of new phases at the scheme has followed since Mycete Homes and North City Builders Ltd first began building on the site in 2005, the most recent of which was brought to market in early March. Of the 19 homes released at Moyglare Hall in the early spring, three are still available.
There is one five-bed detached property for sale, as well as two mid-terrace three-bed townhouses. The detached version has 1,850 sq ft of accommodation and is priced from €460,000, while the townhouses each measure 1,114 sq ft and have price tags starting at €315,000. Both house types have Butterly brick facades, hardwood double-glazed windows with security locks, a building energy rating of A3, paved front drives and are laid out around landscaped open green spaces.
Inside, there are fitted kitchens and wardrobes, and a fireplace with a working chimney in the sitting room. The five-bed has extras such as two ensuite bedrooms - one of which is the master bedroom - and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware with chrome fittings in the bathrooms.
Maynooth is close to large employers such as Intel and Hewlett Packard and, traffic permitting, is a 25 minute drive to the centre of Dublin. The Liffey Valley shopping centre is 20 minutes away via the M4.
