Maplewood Residential, which has built more than 1,500 homes in the Ballycullen area, has released a second phase at DodderBrook, a development it first launched in the leafy south Dublin suburb in March.
The new phase of 28 units has proven popular, with 20 snapped up during its launch last weekend.
The new estate is made up of traditional two-storey homes that are nestled in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains. It's located on the Old Court Road, just across from Beechdale, another Maplewood development.
There are still eight homes remaining in this phase of DodderBrook, where the house types are named after flowers. Among them are one Foxglove, a three-bed mid-terrace priced from €325,000, as well as five four-bed semi-detached dwellings from The Bluebell, a brand new house type that costs from €390,000. The properties are due to be completed between November and June. DodderBrook will also benefit from a creche within the development in the future.
Each home has two storeys, 9ft ceiling heights at ground floor, rear gardens and front driveways from off-street parking. Inside, the custom-designed fitted kitchens come with a choice of shaker or plain panel finish. The bathrooms and ensuites have mono-block chrome fittings, pressurised shower systems and porcelain tiling on the floors and wet areas.
The A3-rated homes are a 25 minute drive from the centre of Dublin and a five-minute drive from the capital's main motorway network. The showhouses can be viewed between 2pm-4pm tomorrow and Sunday. For more information, visit dodderbrook.ie.
