There is plenty of space for a family at the five-bed detached homes at Seaview Gate, a small enclave of new builds within walking distance of the South County Dublin village of Shankill.
Just four homes comprise this scheme, which is sandwiched between the Dublin suburb of Killiney to the north and the Wicklow town of Bray to the south.
The two four-bed semi-detached dwellings in the development have been sold and two five-beds remain, at a price of €599,000. The estate was launched in January 2015 and construction is finished.
The two detached homes each span 2,077 sq ft and are laid out over three storeys, with a master ensuite bedroom on the top floor. The exteriors are finished in red-brick and cream render, with dark grey window surrounds and granite sills.
There is cobble-lock paving footpaths around the front of the homes, and the rear gardens have grassed lawns and a Kelly Barna garden shed. There is off-street parking and side-entrance access to the back garden.
The energy-saving technology in the A3-rated homes includes PV solar panels to generate electricity and a rainwater harvesting system.
There are two schools nearby for young families, namely Rathmichael Primary School and St Anne's National School. The homes will be on view tomorrow, between 12pm and 12.30pm.
