Savills has released 11 houses as part of the second phase at Cluain Mara, a new scheme on Kinsale's Farm Lane, located behind the upmarket seafaring town.
Demand has already proved high for the new units: of the eight semi-detached four-bed homes just launched, three have been snapped up, while one of the three terraced townhouses has been reserved.
The semi-detached homes, which belong to the development's D Type, cost from €385,000, while the Type E three-bed townhouses are priced from €295,000.
The first phase at Cluain Mara, launched in April, were all four-bed detached homes - two of these eight properties are still up for grabs and cost from €460,000.
Developed by Centurion Homes, the latest tranche of contemporary style homes at the Kinsale development feature Passive double-glazed, Alu-clad windows, cobble-lock driveways outside and fine interior details, such as brushed stainless steel light switches and sockets.
The kitchens and wardrobes in the latest phase come from Kube. There is a PC sum of €14,000 for the kitchen, wardrobes and utility room available to buyers of the Type D homes and €11,000 for purchasers of the Type E townhouses, though appliances are not included.
Both house styles also come with a PC sum of €3,000 for tiling and €1,000 for a wood-burning stove.
Residents of Cluain Mara can avail of the blue flag beach at nearby Garretstown, the world-famous Old Head Golf Club and Kinsale Golf Club and benefit from a town renowned as a foodie haven and the starting point for the Wild Atlantic Way - the longest defined coastal touring route in the world. Cork City and Cork International Airport are within a half hour's drive.
Viewings at Cluain Mara will be held between 4pm and 5pm today, and can also be arranged by appointment. A Type A detached home from the first phase is acting as the showhouse for the rest of the development.
