Showhouses will open this weekend at Hazelwood to present the third phase of the Celbridge development, designed to attract buyers keen on getting more bang for their buck outside Dublin while still being able to reach the capital in just 25 minutes from the Hazelhatch rail station.
The latest tranche is made up of 15 four-bed semi-detached and detached houses. There is a choice of house sizes available at Hazelwood, from the 1,560 sq ft semi-detached E Type to the 1,906 sq ft single D Type detached dwelling available in this release. Prices start at €375,000 for the four-bed semi-detached version and at €439,950 for the detached style.
Built by Careys New Homes, more than half of the estate has already been developed and occupied. The exteriors in the newest tranche are finished in yellow brick and cream render. Inside, the fitted kitchens and bedroom wardrobes come from Kitchen Elegance.
The Hazelwood houses have an 'A' BER and come with gas-condensing boilers, windows and external doors that have low u-values to minimise heat loss and PV panels that generate electricity and heat domestic water.
Hazelwood is a two-minute walk to Celbridge, which is just off the M4 motorway, allowing direct access to the rest of the country, the M50 and Dublin City Centre.
The train station is a short walk away and has a regular daily service to Heuston Station in Dublin.
The showhouses will be open for viewing tomorrow and Sunday, between 2pm-4pm.
