Hazelwood, which comprises three-bed and four-bed family homes, is attracting buyers keen on getting more bang for their buck outside Dublin while still being able to reach the capital in just 25 minutes from Hazelwood, the eponymous local commuter train station.

Prices for the latest tranche at the Hazelwood development have been set at €325,000 for the two four-bed mid-terrace homes, €350,000 for the two four-bed end-of-terrace properties, and €385,000 for the single three-bed detached bungalow.

All of the five dwellings have an A3 energy rating and the exteriors are finished with red-brick and cream render, with cream contrast sills, and a black front door.

The driveways are paved and there are low brick walls to the front. The M4 motorway is just a short drive away, allowing direct access to the rest of the country, the M50 and Dublin City centre.
