A range of apartments, duplexes and houses in the Castlegrange development in north Dublin have come back onto the market with prices slashed by between 42pc and 51pc in all instances.
Two-bedroom own-door apartments now start from €149,950, constituting a price reduction of 51pc from the height of the market.
These units have south- facing living rooms and gardens which can be supplied in a low maintenance format.
The three-bedroom duplexes are priced from €189,950, and also have south-facing balconies and living rooms, as well as stylish kitchen-cum-dining rooms.
The two-bedroom houses come with substantial attic room and have been very popular to date.
Prices start from €200,000 with the attic-converted properties starting from €220,000.
Lastly, the four-bedroom, mid- and end-of-terrace houses have a large en suite bedroom and a study or space for walk-in wardrobe. Prices start from €275,000.
