A third phase of the traditional block-built homes at Drom Slí in Courtbrack near Blarney has been launched.
The five four-bed detached houses at the 32 unit scheme are priced from €294,950 to €334,950 and come with a choice of two house types.
The cheapest is The Willow, which is laid out over 1,785 sq ft of space, while The Chestnut has 2,129 sq ft worth of accommodation.
The latter has a large sunroom off the gable end of the house, and two ensuite bedrooms on the upper floor.
The Willow has a large conservatory and study. Both house types are fitted with solar panels and offer a choice of fitted kitchen, stove, tiling and paint colours.
Construction at Drom Slí began in 2013 and is expected to finish in early 2017.
It is being built by O'Leary & O'Sullivan, which last month released 10 new builds at its Ard na Coille scheme on Burke's Hill in the Cork suburb of Mayfield.
Drom Slí is about a five minute drive from Blarney Village and a 15 minute drive from the town of Ballincollig.
