Are these the cheapest houses in all of Ireland?

Determined to secure a quick sale, the owner of this derelict farmhouse at Reyha, Cross, near Kilkee, Co Clare, has reduced the asking price to €57,500.

Situated on the Loop Head peninsula, the property is located between the quaint villages of Cross and Kilbaha.

Kilbaha is a small fishing village that is often described as the last village before America.

Unoccupied for several years, the old stone house is in need of complete renovation and modernisation.

There are three bedrooms but no bathroom in the house or septic tank on the property.

However, there are extensive sheds and outbuildings to the rear of the house.

Currently laid out in the traditional style to create a sheltered courtyard, these buildings could be incorporated into the main residence to create a much larger home than currently exists.

The house itself sits on a large site of 0.9 of an acre, something that gives it even more potential for further development.
