Buyers at this new seaside scheme in Furbo Village will be in a prime spot to see the sun go down over Galway Bay.
All of the bedrooms and reception rooms face south towards the sea to make the best use of views and sunlight.
An Fearban consists of just seven four and five-bed detached houses, each of which sits on its own quarter-acre site.
Prices for the architect-designed homes go from €535,000 to €625,000, depending on size. There are four different styles of house to choose from, ranging in size from 2,690 sq ft to 3,800 sq ft.
McConway Construction, which is accustomed to building both luxury one-off houses and entire developments, says the homes will achieve an A energy rating.
Standard energy-saving features will include an air to water pump, underfloor heating and a heat recovery ventilation system.
An Fearban is located in the heart of Furbo, about 100m from the local primary school. The Connemara Coast Hotel is on the neighbouring site, with local shops, pubs and a restaurant nearby. Furbo itself is about 10km from Galway City.
