Sherry FitzGerald is launching four new semi-detached properties this weekend at Belfield Abbey, a development in the southern Cork suburb of Ballinlough, one of the oldest addresses in the city.
Belfield Abbey is a short walk to the city centre, at just 1km from City Hall, which is rare for a new scheme in the south of Cork city.
The scheme, a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bed homes, was built by local developer O'Flynn Construction before the crash. They were completed to builders' finish in 2008 and have since been relaunched.
The latest tranche consists for three-storey semi-detached properties laid out over 1,500 sq ft, with prices starting at €407,000.
Unlike the properties released previously at Belfield Abbey, these semi-detached dwellings have very large back gardens.
There will be a brief viewing at Belfield Abbey tomorrow, between 12pm and 12.30pm.
