There are now just three properties left for sale at The Elms, a phase at the Ridgewood development on the Forest Road between Swords Village and Forrest Little Golf Club.
This phase consists of 22 four-beds, 48 three-bed townhouses, and nine two-bed townhouses.
They were built over the last 12 months and released gradually throughout the year. However, the developer does have planning permission for another part of Ridgewood and a new phase may become available by the end of 2016. The remaining homes at The Elms are four-bed semi-detached houses and are priced between €368,000 and €375,000.
Each of the three traditional-style homes has a cobble-lock driveway suitable for two cars, a designer kitchen with plenty of storage, and fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. The properties have a BER rating of A3 thanks, in part, to a Dimplex air-to-water heat pump system and PV solar panels. As well as the cost savings from the energy-efficient features, buyers at The Elms will not have to pay management fees.
