The second phase of Elder Heath, a development of three and four-bedroom family homes, is launching this weekend with 30 units on offer in three different styles.
From Kelland Homes Ltd., this estate is located just off the Kiltipper Road with plenty of local amenities in this busy part of Dublin. The Square Town Centre, Citywest and access to myriad road systems including the N81, M50, M7 and M4 are all in the immediate vicinity. Built with a mixed brick and plaster exterior, the three beds are pale brown with an inset contrast-brick detailing, while the four beds are red brick. Window surrounds and front doors are either grey or cream with glass panelling on the door.

The four beds will be sold from €315,000 while the three beds start at €260,000 with the larger ones commanding an additional €10,000.
