Only four houses remain in the current phase of this popular development of three and four-bed houses near the NUI Maynooth campus and nestled on the banks of the Royal Canal.
The other 24 homes in this 28-unit phase of Newtown Hall have been sold since the scheme officially went on the market in April. Twelve of the properties have been occupied to date, mostly by first-time buyers and young families in the area who were trading up.

Blue Sky Homes, the developer, created two house types at Newtown Hall - a four-bed end-of-terrace that extends to 1,400 sq ft and a three-bed terraced property spread out over 1,070 sq ft. The former house type costs from €360,000, while the latter is priced at €277,000.
The four-beds have a further 270 sq ft in attic space that could be converted at a later date to provide additional accommodation.
This house type has a ground floor with an open-plan L-shaped area that comprises a kitchen/dining room space, with French doors that open on to a patio and rear garden.
The contemporary-style fitted kitchens have a matte stone finish with brown or black granite worktops. Also downstairs is a utility room, a guest WC in the hall, and a large sitting room up front.
The kitchens and fitted wardrobes are by Bedroom Elegance and purchasers have a wide range of finishes and colours to choose from. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and a family bathroom.

These homes have been given an A3 energy rating, as they come with PV solar panels, high levels of insulation in the floors, walls and roof, and an A-rated condensing gas boiler.
Newtown Hall is within walking distance of the Maynooth rail station, which has a frequent daily commuter service that runs to Connolly and Pearse Station in about 35 minutes. Maynooth, which is about 20km from Dublin, is just off the M4 motorway on Exit 7.
