Fitted kitchens and a mountain-top view
Belmont, Stepaside, Co Dublin
Published 28/08/2015 | 02:30
This Stepaside development, located near the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, was one of the first new housing projects to be built in post-boom Ireland.
The first phase was launched in 2013 and a further 15 Belmont homes were sold off the plans this summer. Now the developer is releasing 25 more for sale next week.
The latest tranche, a mix of three and four-bed traditional block-built properties, are aimed at filling the stratospheric demand for family homes in south county Dublin. Accommodation at the three-beds is spread over two storeys and the four-beds are three-storey homes. The sale of each house will include fitted kitchens, with Bosch integrated appliances, wardrobes, and an electric fire fitted into elegant fireplaces.
Belmont, built by newly established company SDR Group, is laid out over a series of small private cul-de-sacs, each with a range of different house styles. Buyers can look out over six acres of parkland and shop at Belarmine Plaza, the one-site neighbourhood shopping centre. The Luas at Glencairn is about a 10-minute walk from the estate and the M50 is a short drive away.
The showhouses can be viewed on September 5 and 6 between 2-5pm.
