The two family homes still on the market in the current phase of Belltree in Clongriffin make the most of the development's vista over Father Collins Park - the three-beds have a second living room on the first floor that overlooks the 52ac amenity.

The two remaining properties are from the phase of mid-terrace homes released in early March at the scheme, which was built by Gannon Homes beside Ireland's first wind-powered and sustainable public park.

Both houses have 1,506 sq ft of space laid out over three floors, come with private rear gardens, and are priced from €330,000.

The selling agent says the three-beds are "substantially larger" than most of their counterparts at other new developments. Indeed, there is space for two reception rooms, one of which is a family room on the ground floor that could also be used as a dining room or guest room.

There is also a fitted kitchen on this level that opens out on to the rear garden, as well as a separate utility room and a WC.
