The third National Residential Conference will take place on Wednesday, March 2 at the RDS.
At this event, property industry leaders will get together to debate how best to take advantage of the growing impact of technology on the residential property sector.
This conference will bring together key stakeholders in the residential property and mortgage lending sectors, including the estate agencies, mortgage brokers, banks, fund managers, professional advisory firms, financial brokers, developers and Government.
Niall O'Grady, Transactional Banking, Savings and Investment Director at Permanent TSB, said: "We are constantly trying to help our customers fulfil their ambition to own their own home, so supporting this conference is part of our wider strategy to build the best bank for customer service, trust and innovation in Ireland."
Keith Lowe, Chief Executive of DNG, said: "We are supporting this conference as we believe it is important the property industry looks forward and anticipates future trends in the residential market.
"These include predicting the effects of such factors as technology, housing demand, estimated housing construction output, availability of funding for mortgages and development. Government policy needs to reflect the needs of our growing economy." Enda Gunnell, CEO of Pinergy - lead sponsor of this year's conference - said: "We are happy to support this initiative as it looks at the opportunities and challenges in the property market into the future.
"The impact and benefits of smart technology in this sector have important implications for businesses like us, who provide essential utility to the residential market and provide cost-reduction, risk-removal solutions to landlords and property managers."
Pat Davitt, Chief Executive of The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, said: "The market is in recovery from the biggest property crash in our history. This conference provides a forum to debate the likely future trends in our industry."
Eunan O'Carroll, Director of Core Consulting, running the event on behalf of Independent News and Media, said: "Change is inevitable in any industry as businesses seek to strengthen their propositions and customer reach.
"Chaired by Pat Kenny, the event will have contributions from recognised Irish and international experts in the residential and mortgage industry.
"With almost 1,000 expected, the conference will be the largest gathering of residential property and mortgage professionals held in Ireland over the last decade."
