There are two semi-detached homes for sale at Oldbridge Station, an ongoing development from Springwood designed to attract families and commuters priced out of the Dublin residential market.
Depending on demand, the developer completes and markets two units at a time at its scheme of two, three and four-bed homes in Osberstown, which is located between Naas and Sallins.
There are plans afoot to launch more homes there next month.
At present, there is one three-bed semi-detached property available at Oldbridge Station and it is priced at €294,950.
There is also one four-bed three-storey home on offer, at €317,500. Accommodation at the latter house type extends over 1,528 sq ft, and comprises a fully integrated kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a guest WC on the ground floor.
Three bedrooms, including the main en-suite, and a bathroom are located on the first floor, and the second floor is home to a further en-suite bedroom. Both house types have a building energy rating of A3.
The exteriors are finished in ochre brick work with a cream plaster.
The gardens are open-plan, with planted shrubbery rather than walls dividing properties to the front, and a cobble-lock driveway.
