Selling agent McPeake Auctioneers has released nine new homes at Millbourne, a popular development in Ashbourne that first came to the market about eight years ago.
Merville Homes has been building this scheme close to the GAA grounds in this burgeoning commuter town since 2006.
There are nearly 50 units yet to be launched so buyers can expect plenty more phases to come on stream at Millbourne, according to Jennifer Clarke from McPeake Auctioneers. When complete, the development will comprise 363 homes.
There are two types of property with several layout options available in the current release; the mid-terrace, type R homes are being sold either as a three-bed (1,110 sq ft) or as a four-bed (1,390 sq ft) and will cost €257,000 and €273,000, respectively.
Type Q has similar options, but buyers have an additional choice of an end-of-terrace format. The three-bed mid-terrace option, which is 1,113 sq ft in size, costs €259,000. If buyers opt for the mid-terrace, four-bed, which is laid out of 1,400 sq ft, the cost is €275,000.
A three-bed end-of-terrace costs €269,000, while a four-bed in the same format is priced at €285,000.
The interior of this A3-rated house has a kitchen/dining room with double doors leading to the back garden.
The properties have been fitted with solar panels and triple glazed-windows.
