There are three properties available from the final phase of Bru na hAbhainn, a development overlooking the banks of the Boyne in Navan, one of the most popular commuter towns in the country.
Bru na hAbhainn is located on an elevated site on Slane Road, less than 2km north of the centre of the Royal County town. The scheme of 107 homes was built by Laurence McLoughlin Ltd, a developer that has constructed other Navan estates, including Blackcastle Demesne and Carne Hill.
Bru na hAbhainn is made up of a combination of detached and semi-detached properties, townhouses and apartments.
The last units on offer are a four-bed semi-detached home with a garage that is priced from €225,000, a four-bed detached residence with garage that costs from €275,000 and a three-bed duplex apartment that comes with a price tag of €148,000.
The homes have a fully-fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes and fitted sanitary ware, as well as coved ceilings in the lounge and hall, and moulded skirting and architrave throughout. Each unit has a building energy rating of C1 and uses natural gas-fired central heating.
Bru na hAbhainn is a brief walk from three national schools, a shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. Navan itself has direct access to the R147 route, which links to the motorway network.
Dublin is 45km away from the town.
