There will be 14 units in total from builder Frank Bells & Sons which will be built to demand with a likely completion date of next Spring, but for now there are two styles available: The Ennell, a four-bedroom detached measuring 2,400 sq ft priced at €350,000 and The Owel, a three-bed detached at 1,660 sq ft which will be priced from €280,000.
