First-time buyers searching for an affordable suburban Dublin property with good transport links are the target market for this development of three-bed semi-detached and terraced homes near the relatively new village of Adamstown.
There are two houses left in the current phase of The Paddocks Drive. Out of the original 15 properties launched at the development in February, there is one terraced home that costs from €265,000 and one semi-detached residence priced from €290,000, with a bigger garden accounting for the larger price tag. Another phase of The Paddocks Drive is due to be released early next year.
Traditionally built by Kingscroft Homes, both types of the three-bed houses extend to 995 sq ft. They have a stylish kitchen to the rear, with double doors leading to the back garden, and a separate living room to the front. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and each room comes with custom-fitted wardrobes. The properties have an A3 energy rating, thanks to energy-saving features such as solar panel water heaters and a high level of insulation.
The development is within easy reach of Dublin Airport, the M50 and the N4, and there are plans for a train station.
