Breakfast

- one cup of plain Greek yoghurt

- one cup of mixed berries

- 2 tbsps of shredded coconut

- 1 tbsp of chopped, raw almonds

Lunch

- chicken Waldorf salad

- one cup of blueberries

Dinner

- curried fish and vegetables with cauliflower mash

Snack

- 2 tbsps pumpkin seeds

- 3 apricots

- 1 cup steamed broccoli
