Happiness upgrade... do a little dance

I hardly ever go dancing these days - but on the rare occasion I do, I wonder why I don't do it all the time. Flinging your arms around to Rihanna might not look particularly cool when you're hitting 40, but it is one of the best ways to let off steam, feel full of energy and just have fun. So why wait until you have a Saturday night out?
According to self-improvement king Tony Robbins, instead of taking coffee breaks, we'd be better off taking 'movement breaks' every hour or two. This can mean dancing around for a couple of minutes - or jumping up and down - to get your blood flowing and your oxygen circulating. He reckons this is a lot more effective than caffeine to get us through the day. All fine and good if you work from home and can dance around your kitchen, but you might get some funny looks in the office - although who knows? The boss might just join in.
And if you suspect he won't, at the very least, take your headphones out for a brisk musical walk as often as you can throughout the day.
