A new study reports that going to bed at exactly 10:37pm will ensure a solid night's sleep. The survey, conducted by George Home duvets, asked 1,000 UK residents about their bedtime rituals as the seasons change and winter approaches.
Those involved also reminded people about the importance of 'charging off' and leaving your smartphone at the bedroom door to ensure a good night's sleep.
Many surveyed also said they slept worse in winter, losing an estimated 40 minutes per night, because it was too cold to change into their pyjamas.
