Glenisk issues product recall after 'low levels of peanut' found in granola

Irish food manufacturers Glenisk have recalled specific batches of its Granola Yogurt, due to the presence of low levels of peanut.
As peanuts are not usually an ingredient in this product there is no allergen warning on the packaging.
The affected products are:
Glenisk 0% Fat Yogurt with Granola (Honey flavour) (145g) bar code: 5099749002951, expiry dates : 27/10, 10/11, 23/11, 30/11.
Glenisl 0% Fat Yogurt with Granola (Natural flavour) (145g) bar code: 5099749002937, expiry dates: 27/10, 10/11, 30/11.
Glenisk have also advised SuperValu that it is recalling two Supervalu own-brand products, also believed to be affected, and which are manufactured by Glenisk:
Supervalu Yogurt with Granola (Natural flavour) (145g) bar code: 5099839582813, expiry dates: 27/10, 10/11, 30/11.
Supervalu Yogurt with Granola (Strawberry flavour) (145g) bar code: 5099839582820, expiry dates: 27/10, 10/11, 30/11.
Each of the products in question consists of a yogurt pot and a separate sealed granola 'top cup' containing a mixture of oats, wheat and hazelnuts.
Glenisk was advised of the possible presence of peanut by their granola supplier.
Tests were carried out and revealed the presence of low levels of peanut, ranging from 1.4 parts per million to 4.1 parts per million in the above-mentioned products.
Glenisk alerted the Food Safety Authority of Ireland on receipt of the laboratory results and are working with them to address the situation.
To date, no reports of adverse reactions from consumers with peanut allergies have been received.
Consumers who are allergic to peanuts and who have consumed any of the affected products are advised to contact their medical practitioner.
Customers in possession of an affected product, who are concerned that they may be allergic to peanuts, are asked to return it to the shop where it was purchased to avail of a full refund.
No action is required for those who do not suffer from peanut allergies.
